Our founding director & CEO, Garth Kerr, is a lawyer & seasoned executive with over 25 years experience as a GC & business leader for global public listed technology companies, including TechnologyOne Ltd, CSG Systems International Inc & Intec Telecom Systems PLC.
Garth has extensive experience engaging with customers, negotiating and securing new business, leading global teams, protecting companies and their assets, while effectively managing risk and supporting sustainable growth.
Garth's passion for supporting companies to grow & be successful is what inspired Garth to establish Crestbridge Solutions & has also led to his appointment in a strategic executive role at CloudRent.
Angela Feeney - Executive Director
Angela has a legal background & extensive experience working for global investment firms, including Credit Suisse First Boston as VP in the Legal & Compliance department in London, advising on global technology transactions & working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of successful outcomes.
Her proven ability to work with attention to detail across a broad range of areas & remain laser focused on achieving client objectives, is what sets her apart.

Ken Jenkinson - Special Advisor
Ken is a senior executive with over 30 years’ experience in Information Technology for listed companies in the US, UK and Australia.
Ken has worked as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice-President for software companies in the telecommunications and digital services fields.
Highly experienced in the management of technology and people to create and grow new products or optimise mature ones, he can provide insights into the solutions needed for the challenge of growing your business.
